The Algona Family YMCA is seeking a highly energized and organized individual to lead its Financial Development Department. This is a new part-time position for the YMCA designed to provide strategic leadership in financial development.
Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Development Director will help advance the YMCA’s mission through annual giving, government and foundation grants, endowment bequests and gifts, and capital campaigns. The Development Director will also be responsible for the creation of an annual fund raising event.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone to work in a great community which supports the YMCA and all of its programming. This is a part-time, hourly position with the hourly wage starting at $23 – $27 per hour depending on experience. Flexible work schedule is possible.
