An Algona man is scheduled to be back in court this week after he was arrested late last month on multiple charges following a traffic stop.
According to the Algona Police Department, officers conducted a traffic stop in the early evening hours of July 28th and arrested the driver, 52-year old Ralph McGuire.
McGuire was initially charged with Driving Under Suspension, but after the situation escalated, he was also charged with Interference with Official Acts and Assault on a Police Officer.
Online court records show McGuire is sche4duled to have a court appearance Wednesday (8/11) at 9am.
