Elbert Recognized by National Publication for 2nd Straight Year

–Kossuth Regional Health Center CEO Dar Elbert is once again being included amongst the “80 Rural Hospital CEO’s to Know” by a National Publication. 

According to a release from the healthcare facility, Elbert has been included on the list of the top executives at rural centers for the 2nd consecutive year by Becker’s Hospital Review. The CEO’s on the list that are leading these small facilities through the pandemic, and are working tirelessly to ensure financial stability for the future. 

Elbert has served as the Chief Nursing Officer at KRHC since 1987, and assumed the role of Interim CEO in 2019 before being named to the role permanently in 2020. She continues to maintain both roles today. 

Becker’s Hospital Review is widely regarded as the top publication relating to all hospitals and health systems, and is considered the go-to source for healthcare decision makers.
