–A Lone Rock man is facing multiple charges following an incident in Swea City Sunday evening.
According to the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies were called to a residence in Swea City just after 7 PM Sunday. After conducting a brief investigation, Deputies arrested 23-year-old Dalton James Albert on charges of Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness, a serious misdemeanor, Trespassing, a serious misdemeanor and 1st Degree Harassment, an aggravated misdemeanor.
Albert was booked into the Kossuth County Jail to await an initial court appearance.
Online court records show Albert is due back in Kossuth County District Court on June 1st for a preliminary hearing.
Court records also indicate a no contact order has been issued to prohibit Albert from having any contact with the alleged victims in the case.
