–A man convicted of 2nd Degree Sexual Abuse in Kossuth County nearly a decade ago has died in prison.
According to the Iowa Department of Corrections, 75-year-old Jeffery Lynn Hannah died on Friday at the Iowa Medical and Classification Center in Coralville.
Prison officials say Hannah died of natural causes.
Court records show Hannah was convicted of 2nd Degree Sexual Abuse in April of 2015 and sentenced to 25-years in prison.
Hannah was initially arrested in 2014 on the sex abuse charges that stemmed from incidents in 2013 and 2014.
