–Law enforcement officials in Palo Alto County took an Emmetsburg woman into custody last week on Federal gun charges.
According to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies arrested 35-year-old Andrea Crystal Lee around 9PM this past Tuesday (7/25) on a valid No-Bond federal warrant for a Prohibited Person Possessing a Firearm.
Lee is also facing an additional charge of Possession of Contraband in a Correctional Facility, a Class D Felony, following a search as she was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail.
Lee was being held to await extradition to the custody of the United States Marshall’s service.
