–Kossuth County Conservation will be hosting a Field Day class next month for anyone who would like to complete the Hunter’s Education course.
According to a news release from the KCCB, the field day will be held from 8-11AM on Saturday, September 16th at the Izaak Walton League, located across from Smith Lake on US Highway 169 north of Algona. Participants will need to first complete the online portion of the Hunter’s Education Course, before they can participate in the field day.
Those interested in taking the Hunter’s Education Course can sign up for the online portion by going to www.hunter-ed.com/iowa. To sign up for the field day portion of the class, you can find that at www.events.gooutdoorsiowa.com.
