–A Palo Alto County woman was taken into custody last week on multiple drug related charges following a civil disturbance in Graettinger.
According to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies responded to the disturbance report in Graettinger around 8:15 PM on Wednesday, November 15th. Upon arrival Deputies conducted a brief investigation, and arrested34-year-old Nicole Juchem of Graettinger.
Juchem is facing charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Marijuana, both serious misdemeanors. She is also being charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Trespassing, both simple misdemeanors.
Juchem was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to await an initial court appearance.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Iowa State Patrol and the Clay County Sheriff’s Office K9 unit.
