–Algona Municipal Utilities is trying to complete a state-mandated inventory of water service lines throughout the community, and they want to remind residents of how they can help. AMU Marketing Director Bob Jennings tells KLGA News they sent out information to homeowners in early May.
Jennings says if you received one of those flyers in the mail and have not sent the information to AMU, you can do so in one of two ways.
If that is not an option, Jennings says they can come to you.
AMU is hoping to have the inventory completed and sent off to the state by September, so they would like to get all photos taken as soon as possible. If you have any questions, you can contact AMU by calling 515-295-3584.
