–An Armstrong woman is facing charges in Kossuth County after she was taken into custody late last week in Emmet County.
According to the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies transported and arrested 32-year-old Rachel Renee Bryant just before 2 PM this past Thursday (Sept. 26). Online court records show a criminal complaint was filed in Kossuth County District Court on August 8th, charging Bryant with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Court records also show that Bryant was arrested in Emmet County last week on charges of Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was booked into the Emmet County Jail before being transported to Kossuth County for booking here.
Bryant is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing in her Emmet County case on October 15th and another hearing in Kossuth County on October 17th.
