A Pomeroy resident was arrested earlier this week, after failing to appear in court. According to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies arrested 23 year old Richard Rhea this past Tuesday around 2pm, on a valid warrant for failure to appear on a disorderly conduct charge. Following his arrest, Rhea was able to post a cash only $500 bond and was released to appear in court at a later time.
