–A Palo Alto County man is facing multiple drug related charges after law enforcement officials executed a search warrant at his residence last week.
According to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies conducted a search at 1201 Silver Lake Avenue in Ayrshire just after 3 PM on Wednesday, April 2nd. As a result of the search and an ongoing investigation, Deputies arrested 36-year-old Scott Allen Riley of Ayrshire.
Riley is facing charges of:
–Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)-3rd offense, a Class D Felony.
–Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cannabidiol)-3rd offense, an Aggravated Misdemeanor.
–Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Riley was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to await an initial court appearance.
As a part of the same search, Deputies also arrested 38-year-old Roxanne Marie Harrington of Spencer on 4 valid warrants out of Clay County. Harrington was later transferred to the custody of the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
