The weather has been on an up and down warm to cold and back again cycle in recent weeks. State climatologist Justin Glisan says the short term outlook is still split.
He says there’s a little stronger indication as we get deeper into April.
Glisan says the current projection would bode well for farmers.
March was the first month so far this year to see above normal precipitation.
