–One of the “Helpful Smiles” that has welcomed customers in the Algona HyVee store for over 45-years will now be seen all across the Midwest. Company officials, friends and family were all on hand Thursday morning as a semi-trailer featuring Diana Mogler was unveiled. Mogler tells KLGA News she never dreamed of something like this happening.
Mogler is being honored alongside other HyVee employees with over 45-years of service to the company.
Over the last four decades, Mogler says she has developed some great relationships through her work.
Mogler is no stranger to KLGA listeners, as she has been a regular on the air with Al Lauck during a daily phone call to the store. She says she can’t remember exactly when she started taking those calls.
Mogler says she has no plans to retire at this point. The trailer featuring her and other long-time employees is now delivering goods to stores all across the Midwest, as Mogler gets to keep a miniature version.
