–A Bancroft man is facing multiple charges after being taking into custody during the early morning hours of Friday, July 11th.
According to the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies received the report of a suspicious person in the rural Burt area around 4:30 AM on Friday. After conducting a search of the area, Deputies located a suspect, identified as 19-year-old Roman Joseph Przela-Brown and took him into custody.
Przela-Brown is facing charges of OWI 2nd offense, an Aggravated Misdemeanor, Possession of a Controlled Substance-Cannabidiol (1st offense), a Serious Misdemeanor, and Driving without a Valid License.
Online court records show Prezla-Brown is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing in Kossuth County District Court on Thursday, July 31st.
