—– A traffic stop led to the arrest of an Ayrshire woman. According to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, after conducting a traffic stop, they arrested 45-year-old Heather Ann Titus for two valid warrants out of Palo Alto County for 2nd Degree Theft, both class D felonies. The warrants stemmed from an investigation from mid-June of 2025 of a stolen trailer and motor vehicle. Titus was unable to post the $7,500 cash only bond and was placed in jail to await initial court appearance.
