–An Algona man is facing multiple charges after being taken into custody on 4 different warrants earlier this week.
According to the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies served arrest warrants for 24-year-old Hunter Jordan Ellsworth around 9:15 PM Tuesday.
Online court records show Ellsworth was initially charged on August 19th with OWI 2nd offense, Interference with Official Acts and Driving while Barred. Another driving while barred charge was added on Monday, as the original charge was dismissed.
Ellsworth was booked into the Kossuth County Jail to await an initial court appearance. He is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing in Kossuth County District Court on September 22nd.
