Public Health Officials Seek Input on Food Insecurity Across North Iowa

–Public Health officials are encouraging area residents to take a few minutes and fill out a survey about food insecurity. Cede Becker is a Registered Nurse with Kossuth County Community Health, and she tells KLGA News the survey provides some valuable information.

The Community Food Survey is designed to gather community information and guide solutions to improve food security across the region. Becker says recent survey results led to the creation of multiple food lending boxes.

The survey is available online as Beckers says they have put QR codes in local newspapers and on social media.
