–In Winnebago County, there was a contested race for city council in Buffalo Center, with Nicholas Holland, Gregory Aukes, and Troy Armstrong seeking the 2 seats up for election.
Holland grabbed the most votes with 102, while Aukes edged Armstrong for the second seat by a single vote, 72-71.
–There was also a contested race for the North Iowa School Board, with Rachel Wubben, Kyle Van Hove, and Jared Viergutz seeking the two seats up for election. Wubben grabbed 223 votes in Winnebago County and another 38 in Kossuth County for a total of 261, making her the top vote getter. Van Hove came in second with a total of 199 while Viergutz missed out recording 177 votes.

–In Hancock County, there was a contested race for city council in Corwith, with Spencer Hankins, Scott Peterson, and Sharon Spellins each seeking the 2 seats up for election. Spellins finished with 39 votes, while Hankins grabbed the second spot with 37 votes, and Peterson just missed out with 32.
Four people were on the ballot for 3 seats on the Kanawha City Council, as Tom Lodin (112), Chad Lang (107), and Dana Kraft (80) taking those spots. Phyllis Jordanger was the odd-person-out, finishing with 75 votes.

–In Humboldt County, Bode had contested races for Mayor and City Council Tuesday. Carol Miller received 82 votes to win the mayoral race, as Lisa Vohs finished with 10.
There were four names on the ballot for two spots on the Bode City Council, as Jesse Tepner (54) and Ryan McCart (51) taking those seats. Robert McKenna came in 3rd (46) and Kimberly Polston (11) rounded out the field.
Walter Jensen won the race for Mayor in Humboldt, taking 632 votes to defeat Daniel Scholl (380).
Four people were on the ballot for 3 seats on the City Council in Livermore, with Caitlyn Sawyer (72), Jason McKibban (67), and Benjamin Stalzer (67) claiming those spots. Paul Brown finished 4th in the race with 53 votes.

Dan Jorgensen topped Travis Nielsen 70-60 in the mayoral race, while Robbert Hammond (89) and Blake Cole (86) took the 2 seats up for election on the city council. Kelly Rasmussen finished 3rd in that race with 56 votes.
