–A Palo Alto County woman was taken into custody on multiple drug-related charges following a traffic stop near Graettinger late last week.
According to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies conducted the traffic stop in the 4200 block of 290th Street, just south of Graettinger, around 8 PM on Thursday, November 6th. Following a brief investigation, Deputies arrested the driver, who is identified as 46-year-old Heather Ann Titus of Curlew.
Titus was arrested on outstanding Palo Alto County warrants for Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd offense, a Class D Felony, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Deputies added another charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia as a result of the stop.
Titus was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to await an initial court appearance.
