–The report of a dog running loose in Ayrshire over the weekend ended with a Palo Alto County man being taken into custody on felony theft warrants.

According to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies responded to the 1100 block of Burns Street in Ayrshire just after 7:20 PM on Saturday, March 21st. Upon arrival, Deputies located the dog and cited 36-year-old Jacob Jon Hunefeld for violating a city ordinance allowing dogs to run at large.
