–An Algona man was arrested last week after allegedly sending compromising photographs of a partner to another individual.
According to the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies arrested 39-year-old Adam John Cink back on April 20th on charges of 1st Degree Harassment, an Aggravated Misdemeanor.
A criminal complaint filed in Kossuth County District Court states that law enforcement officials were contacted by an area resident on April 14th reporting a possible case of harassment. The complaint alleges that Cink had revealing photos of a former partner on his phone and had allegedly texted those pictures to another person without permission.
The complaint also alleges that Cink admitted to sending the photos in a text conversation with the victim. He was booked into the Kossuth County Jail to await an initial court appearance. Court records also show that a no contact order has been issued to prevent Cink from having any contact with the alleged victim in the case.
