–The Wesley 4th of July celebration kicks off Friday night before a full day of activities takes place on Saturday. Spokesperson Mandie Studer tells KLGA News they will start things off with a fun run/walk Friday evening followed by live music.
Saturday will start with a disc golf tournament in the park at 9AM, and Studer says you can stick around afterwards for food and fun.
The Geo Treasure hunt is an activity that can keep you busy throughout the day.
A chicken dinner will be served Saturday evening with proceeds benefitting the Wesley Fire Department.
Fireworks will start around dusk, and Studer says if you haven’t seen how they’re done in Wesley, you should stop out and experience it in person.
