–Kossuth Regional Health Center has once again been named an Iowa Top Workplace by the Des Moines Register, an honor based solely on employee feedback.
The Top Workplaces program measures aspects of a workplace culture, including whether employees feel respected and empowered to grow, contribute, and connect to the organization’s mission. The results are calculated by comparing employee responses across organizations throughout the state, recognizing those that excel in creating a people-first workplace culture.
In a prepared statement, KRHC CEO Dar Elbert says “This recognition is especially meaningful because it comes directly from our employees. Everyday our team members demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to caring for our patients, supporting one another, and serving our communities.”
KRHC currently employs over 250 individuals across a wide range of healthcare, support, and administrative roles.
