Republican Chris McGowan defeated Democrat Dave Dawson in Iowa’s fourth congressional district by about 50,000 votes. McGowan will be the lone Republican in Iowa’s U-S House delegation.
McGowan addressed supporters Tuesday night in Sioux City.
McGowan says his priority is finding ways to reduce the national debt, which has reached 40-TRILLION dollars.
