KRHC Sleep Lab Gains National Accreditation

–Kossuth Regional Health Center announced this week that their Sleep Lab and Home Sleep Testing services has achieved accreditation through the Accreditation Commission for Health Care.

According to a news release, KRHC has demonstrated a level of quality, integrity and effectiveness consistent with national standards and accreditation reflects the organization’s dedication and commitment to meeting standards that facilitate a higher level of performance and patient care. The ACHC is a non-profit organization that has stood as a symbol of quality and excellence since 1986.

KRHC offers sleep diagnostic services in partnership with MercyOne North Iowa. The KRHC sleep lab is equipped with the latest technology for the diagnosis and treatment of sleep related disorders. The sleep lab is staffed by credentialed Polysomnographic Technologists, and offers patients the opportunity to have their sleep studies done close to home.
