–A Wesley man is facing multiple drug charges after law enforcement executed a search warrant at his residence Tuesday night.
According to the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies responded to 208 East Main Street just after 8 PM Tuesday on the report of possible illegal drug use at that address. While establishing contact with the resident, officers noticed items in plain sight that prompted them to secure the residence and obtain a search warrant.
Upon receiving the warrant, Deputies searched the residence and arrested 50-year-old Cristian L. Garrett of Wesley, formerly of Rockwell City. Garrett is being charged with Possession of Marijuana-3rd or Subsequent Offense, an Aggravated Misdemeanor, as well of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Simple Misdemeanor.
Garrett was booked into the Kossuth County Jail to await an initial court appearance.
