Kossuth County Naturalist Photography Class

Join Kossuth County Naturalist Intern Hannah Severson for an afternoon of learning from photographers and taking your own photos on Friday, July 18 at Session 1 from 1-3pm or Session 2 from 4-7pm. The afternoon starts off with a presentation from three local photographers. We will then have a quick lesson on how to use the provided cameras. We end the afternoon with a hike around Smith Lake taking photos and then downloading the photos to keep! This camp is for 6th grade and up including adults. We will meet in the meeting room at Water’s Edge Nature Center. If you wish to bring your own equipment that is permitted as well. Please call 515-295-2138 with any questions and to register. We have limited spots and registration is due July 16th.
