–A Whittemore man was uninjured in a one-vehicle rollover accident in rural Kossuth County Saturday evening.

According to the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office, 26-year-old Donald Wright was westbound on County Road B40 in a 2009 Dodge Ram pickup, around 9:30 PM. While Wright was traveling in the 2200 block of B40, his truck went through a snow drift, which caused the truck to lose traction.

Wright’s vehicle spun and exited the roadway, entering the North ditch, where it rolled and came to rest. The accident report states that Wright was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, and did not report any injuries.

Damage to Wright’s truck was estimated at $5,000.
