–The Kossuth Area Garden Club is hosting a community gardening workshop Tuesday evening at the Water’s Edge Nature Center. Spokesman Walt Reemtsma tells KLGA News they have two guest speakers lined up to discuss various garden related topics, the first of which is Durren Watts from Grassmasters.
Reemtsma says losing a tree to the Emerald Ash Borer could alter your garden.
With the weather warming up this week, Reemtsma says garden enthusiasts are itching to get to work.
The workshop begins at 6:30 PM at the Water’s Edge Nature Center, and there is no cost to attend.
