–Kossuth County Conservation will hold a Wildflower Hike Sunday afternoon at Call State Park. Assistant County Naturalist Julie Fosado says they’ll go over wildflower names and a bit of folklore about them at the same time.
Fosado says to be prepared for a good workout if you come out to Call Park Sunday afternoon.
The hike is set to begin at 1PM Sunday, as participants are asked to meet in the first parking lot at the top of the hill on the north side of the road. If you have questions, contact the Water’s Edge Nature Center by calling 515-295-2138. The program is weather permitting.
