–The Kossuth County Farmer’s Market will wrap up their season on Saturday. Market Spokesperson Joanne Roepke-Bode tells KLGA News they have seen a handful of new faces over the last five months.
Roepke-Bode says they have seen good crowds on both Saturday mornings and Wednesday afternoons.
If you’re planning on heading to the market on Saturday, Roepke-Bode says they will have a wide variety of items to close out the season.
Once the season is over, Roepke-Bode says they will take some time off before getting ready for 2024.
The Kossuth County Farmer’s Market is located on the Carnegie Library Lawn, at the corners of Dodge and Nebraska Street in downtown Algona. The Saturday market runs from 9-11AM. If you need more information, you can check out the Kossuth County Farmer’s Market on Facebook.
