–A Swea City man was arrested after allegedly striking a building with his car late Thursday night.
According to the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies responded to the report of a vehicle hitting a building at 207 3rd Street North in Swea City just before 11:15 PM Thursday. Upon arrival, Deputies conducted a brief investigation and arrested 26-year-old Felipe Garza.
Garza has been charged with OWI 1st offense and Driving while Suspended.
Online court records show Garza is currently on probation after pleading guilty to a pair of drug and weapons related felonies in October after being taken into custody last March.
