A memorial service for 83 year old Chuck Merkle, of Lu Verne, and his daughter 59 year old Barbara Merkle, of Ankeny, will be held Friday, at 10:30am, at the Lu Verne United Methodist Church with burial at the Lu Verne Township Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-7pm, on Thursday, at the Lu Verne United Methodist Church. Oakcrest Funeral Services of Lu Verne are in charge of arrangements.
