–Law Enforcement officials in Palo Alto County made a pair of separate arrests in Ruthven earlier this week.
According to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies received the report of a disturbance at 1101 Center Street in Ruthven just after 6:40 AM Tuesday. After conducting a brief investigation, Deputies arrested 18-year-old Logan Gonzalez Jr. of Ruthven on a charge of Domestic Abuse Assault—1st offense. Gonzalez was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to await an initial court appearance.
Just before 11:30 AM Monday, Deputies located and arrested Jodi Colleen Cruz of Ruthven on a valid warrant out of Clay County for violating her probation on original charges of Possession of Methamphetamine—2nd offense. Cruz was transferred to the custody of the Clay County Sheriff’s Department to await an initial court appearance.
