A pair of Grand Opening celebrations will be held this weekend at the Kossuth County Fairgrounds in Algona as the Iowa Hall of Fame & Racing Museum will officially open to the public. Chad Meyer with the Kossuth County Ag & Motorsports Museum tells KLGA News that the Iowa Hall of Fame & Racing Museum is the passion project for Marty and Nancy Pringle of Otho.

Those fundraising efforts have led to a 60’ x 100’ addition that will house the new museum permanently.

The grand opening events are scheduled for 10AM-5PM on Saturday, April 5th and 12-4PM on Sunday, April 6th.

Meyer says this new museum will be an amazing experience for racing enthusiasts and the general public alike.
