–Before leaving Kossuth County Tuesday, RAGBRAI riders will go through Titonka, where they are geared up for everything that comes with an influx of 15,000-20,000 bicycle riders. Hannah Spear is helping to organize the festivities in Titonka, and she tells KLGA News they are excited to have riders descend upon their community.
Spear says area residents will need to adjust their routes through town as early as this afternoon.
While Titonka is the 3rd stop as riders move through Kossuth County, Spear says they will be ready no matter how early anyone arrives.
Vendors will be shut down in Titonka at 3:30 PM Tuesday in an attempt to get the riders to move on to Woden and Crystal Lake before they stop for the night in Forest City.
