Agencies from the Algona Police Department, Algona Fire Department, Kossuth County Sherriff’s office, Kossuth County EMS & volunteer ambulance services from Kossuth County, Algona Dispatchers, Wesley Fire Department, Palo Alto & Humboldt Emergency Management & Regional Hazmat from Mason City. A school bus from Bishop Garrigan and a semi tanker from Wessels Oil were used to make the drill realistic. Actors from the area portrayed the victims.
