–The Algona Police Department welcomed a new officer earlier this month that brings with him over a decade of experience. Police Chief Bo Miller introduced Daniel Cotterill to the city council during their most recent meeting.
Cotterill originally hails from the United Kingdom and has worked at various law enforcement agencies across Iowa.
