–A Swea City man is facing multiple assault charges following an alleged incident Saturday evening.
According to the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies responded to the report of an assault in Swea City just after 7:30 PM Saturday. Upon arrivals, Deputies conducted a brief investigation before arresting 37-year-old Joshua Allen McFadden on three counts of assault, all simple misdemeanors.
McFadden was booked into the Kossuth County Jail before making an initial court appearance. He is scheduled to have a non-jury trial in Kossuth County District Court on November 7th.
Three separate no contact orders have been issued to prevent McFadden from having any contact with the alleged victims in this case.
