–If you’re looking for something to do this weekend that could be creepy and kooky, students at Bishop Garrigan High School put on two performances of “The Addams Family”. All of your favorite characters from TV and film will be represented in this school edition musical performance. Amaury Thomas plays Gomez Addams, and he says the story revolves around the exploits of his daughter Wednesday, who is played by Shilo Trainer.
Tate Foertsch plays Lucas, the love interest bringing chaos to the story.
Kayden Graves will play the family’s loyal butler Lurch, a role he says he was typecast into playing.
Sasha Alesch will portray the matriarch of the Addams Family, Morticia. She says it has been an amazing experience thus far and they are looking forward to this weekend’s performances.
Alesch says finding time to rehearse has been difficult this fall.
You can catch the first show Friday at 7 PM inside the Friedmann Auditorium, with an encore performance at 2 PM Sunday. Floor and bleacher seats are $10, with Garrigan students and staff admitted free of charge.
