–A scam call in the West Bend area over the weekend ended with a man being taken into custody on an out of state warrant.
According to the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies responded to a scam call near West Bend around 9:45 PM on Saturday, December 13th. The reporting party was identified as 43-year-old Jace Michael Henrich, and as law enforcement investigated the matter, they learned of warrants seeking Henrich in Nebraska.
A criminal complaint filed in Kossuth County District Court states that officials in Dakota County, Nebraska, filed arrest warrants for Henrich for Harassment and Intimidation through Phone or Electronic Communications.
Henrich was booked into the Kossuth County Jail to await extradition to Nebraska.
