–A support group aimed at answering questions from area mothers is scheduled to meet tonight in Algona. Brianne Wilson is a Registered Nurse and Certified Lactation Consultant in the Community Health Department at Kossuth Regional Health Center. She tells KLGA News this group will continue to meet on the 4th Tuesday each month.
The meetings are a combined effort between the Community Health department and the North Iowa Community Action WIC program.
Wilson says they plan to have a different theme each month that will be fun and practical for each participant.
The support group will meet from 6:30-7:30 PM inside the Community and Culture Connections Center, located at 315 S. Moore Street in Algona. If you have questions, you can call Wilson at 515-295-4435.
