–A Northwest Iowa man with warrants out for his arrest in 3 counties was taken into custody late last week in Palo Alto County.
According to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies arrested 40-year-old Santo Eugene Beal of Terril just before 7:30 PM on Friday, April 14th. Beal was wanted in Palo Alto County on a charge of probation violation on an original charge of 3rd Degree Burglary, a Class D Felony.
Beal also had warrants out for his arrest in Clay and Dickinson counties, also on charges of probation violation. Beal was originally charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Driving While Barred in Clay County along with charges of Stalking and 2nd Degree Theft in Dickinson County.
Beal was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to await an initial court appearance before being transported to face the charges in Clay and Dickinson counties.
