–A Palo Alto County man is now facing a felony drug charge after he was taken into custody on multiple valid warrants late last week.
According to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies arrested 45-year-old Santi Keoninh of Ruthven on an outstanding warrant for Disorderly Conduct and Interference with Official Acts around 12:15 AM on Friday, October 25th.
While taking Keoninh into custody, Deputies found a controlled substance and added a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)—3rd offense, a Class D Felony.
Keoninh was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to await an initial court appearance. Online court records show he is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing in Palo Alto County District Court on Monday, November 4th.
