South Dakota Man Charged with Sex Abuse in Palo Alto County

–A South Dakota man is facing charges of sexual abuse in Palo Alto County in connection to a case that dates back nearly 20 years.

According to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies arrested 52-year-old Austin Cameron Noble of Tea, South Dakota last week on six counts of 3^rd Degree Sexual Abuse, a Class C Felony.

Online court records show criminal complaints were filed in Palo Alto County District Court on September 13^th, and Noble was arrested two days later. The court file shows the charges stem from alleged incidents in October of 2008.

Noble was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to await an initial court appearance. A no contact order has also been issued to prevent Noble from having any contact with the alleged
