Kossuth County Historical Museum Event

Come to the Kossuth Co historical Museum on Thursday, June 27th from 1-4pm at 122 S. Dodge St to look at the displays of the massive tornado that hit Algona and 100 year flood newspaper will be available to view.
On the 28th of June 1979, 45 years ago, a massive tornado hit Algona. The historical society will have newspapers on display from the time of the tornado. Also the August 1979, 100-year flood newspaper will be available to view.
