–A Minnesota man is facing multiple charges in Palo Alto County after leading law enforcement on a chase earlier this week.
According to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, a Deputy attempted to initiate a traffic stop on a 2018 Yamaha MT09 motorcycle just before 8PM Tuesday. The driver, identified as 19-year-old Nicholas Grubb from Nicollet, Minnesota, led members of the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Department and Emmetsburg Police Department on a pursuit that ended just southeast of Emmetsburg.
Grubb was taken into custody and charged with Eluding at Speeds 25 MPH Over the Speed Limit, a Class D Felony, along with several traffic related charges and Failure to Have a Valid Motorcycle License.
Grubb was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to await an initial court appearance.
