–Silent Night in Algona recently picked up a pair of Red Letter Awards during a ceremony held in Lebanon, Tennessee. Local Film Spokesperson Donna Kitzinger was able to attend the ceremony with her husband, and she spoke with KLGA News about the event and what the Red Letter Awards are.
The film received Red Letter awards for Best Picture and Best Writer. Kitzinger accepted the awards on behalf of the cast and crew, and she says the ceremony was an amazing event to attend.
Kitzinger says details have just been announced regarding the release of the film on DVD and digital platforms.
The film, which was shot in and around Kossuth County, had its world premiere in December of 2022.
