–A pair of teenagers were taken into custody early Saturday morning after law enforcement officials were called to a residence in Swea City.
According to the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies received a call for assistance around 2:45AM Saturday, and responded to a home in Swea City. Upon arrival, Deputies conducted a brief investigation and arrested 19-year-old Bam Bam Blaze and 18-year-old Ethan Thomas Jesse.
Blaze is facing charges of Use of a Dangerous Weapon in Commission of a Crime and Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury, both Aggravated Misdemeanors.
Jesse is being charged with Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury, Possession of a Controlled Substance-1st Offense (Marijuana), and Possession/Control of an Offensive Weapon in a Controlled Substance Violation.
Blaze and Jesse were booked into the Kossuth County Jail to await an initial court appearance. Both teens will have preliminary hearings on October 2nd in Kossuth County District Court. No Contact Orders have also been issued to prevent the defendants from having any contact with the alleged victim in the case.
